Client Led

Our Client Led package for remodels or new builds is specifically designed for clients who are able to guide themselves through the many decisions without the need for project oversight or procurement assistance. Our two-hour sessions aid those who choose the Client Led package with specific project aspects, such as lighting, plumbing, cabinetry design, tile and stone, flooring, and paint choices. Meetings can be held virtually or include onsite visits as required.

YOUR INVESTMENT

Our Client Led package is available to a limited number of clients and is offered in two packages: five sessions for $5,000 or 10 sessions for $8,500. Trove Homes will internally spend many hours prior to and after each session preparing and analyzing strategies for your design. These packages must be used within 12 months of signing with Trove Homes.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CLIENT LED AND FULL SERVICE?

Our Client Led package is ideal for individuals who are not easily overwhelmed and who are confident in executing projects on their own. We offer our best ideas based on what you relate to us regarding your style and goals. Our Full Service, on the other hand, covers everything from start to finish, including specifying, ordering, procuring, installing and much more. With Full Service, we work with your contractor or builder and vendors to ensure the vision is executed as intended. Our best Client Led clients are decisive and eager to move forward with the construction process - specifically on mid-sized to smaller sized projects they feel they can confidently handle. Trove Homes highly recommends the Full Service package for large-scale projects.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR DELIVERABLES?

IS FURNITURE & DECOR CONSULTATION INCLUDED?

While we can assist with furniture placement and provide consultation on the design plan, we cannot procure or order custom furniture through our Client Led package. This service is only offered through our Full Service package. *However, you may inquire about a separate design contract based on hourly rates if furniture and decor services are needed in addition to the Client Led package.
