Full Service Design & Build entails end-to-end design implementation and construction management, from concept development to furniture procurement and final installation. Full Service clients seek a comprehensive approach to design and desire our studio's full-scale involvement in the renovation/building process, as well as furniture and decor selection and acquisition.  Full Service clients are looking for a design partner who is committed to delivering a distinct, cohesive design, tailored to their project's unique requirements. Trove Homes only works with Full Service Design & Build  clients who are dedicated to see the entirety of the project to completion and who appreciate the immense value we add to your home and way of living.

It’s completely up to you! Our studio prides itself on having established an incredibly collaborative process with our Full Service Design & Build clients. Clients can be involved as much (or as little) as they want at every stage of the design and execution. We also strive for transparency in our procurement process, with most design items approved by the client through our online management portal.

The expansive breadth of our portfolio proves our design style meets our primary goal which is to ensure that the product reflects the client's style. Each project is distinct to the client and the space, and we do not limit ourselves to a particular ‘look’ or design genre. We do require that the overall ‘look’ be consistent to a certain style. Cohesiveness of design throughout is how we roll. This ensures a pleasant ‘flow’ when moving throughout  the home and keeps things from looking disjointed. Our design is a particular and proper expression showcasing our clients' unique perspectives.

We can often purchase custom building materials, furniture, decor, and art through our industry partners who offer trade programs.  We do not mark up from the list price and often get access to items the general public can not access.

A pictorial representation of the colors, patterns, textures, and overall style of your space. Our Mood Boards include recommended furniture and decor displayed as true to your space as possible so that you have a visual representation of how the overall room will appear upon completion.

To ensure Trove Homes gets to know you and your style, we request that all room photographs/house plans, inspiration pictures, and dimensions be provided to us within two weeks of signing with us.

Although our Full Service Design & Build projects primarily serve local areas, we are more than happy to work remotely as long as arrangements can be made for occasional site visits.

To get started, kindly complete our online project inquiry form. This will help us to understand your project and get to know you better. Once we receive your inquiry, we will follow up with additional information on how we can collaborate.

Following this, we will schedule an in-home, paid, design consultation or a Zoom meeting to discuss your project goals, design preferences, and overall aesthetic. During this meeting, we will also present our initial ideas for your project.

After the consultation, we will send you a proposal for your consideration. Once approved, we begin with a design and construction action plan. We look forward to working with you and creating a beautiful project together!
